SX-432 Ultra-Wideband SDR Transceiver

The SX-432 is a U.S. Army CMOSS high performance dual-channel ultra-wideband software defined radio (SDR) transceiver aligned with The Open Group’s SOSA Technical Standard that operates up to 18 GHz frequency. This 3U OpenVPX plug-in card has 1000 MHz instantaneous analog bandwidth with narrower bandwidths achievable via digital processing. This SDR comes with onboard FPGA resources for high performance real-time processing in two physically separated enclaves, accelerating security certification. Centered around a leading-edge high-performance Radio Frequency System-on-Chip (RFSoC) and Multiprocessor SoC (MPSoC) from Xilinx’s Zynq UltraScale+ family of devices, the SX-432 combines heterogenous processing and scalability with real-time control. With these characteristics and a Data Plane that supports data rates up to 100 Gbps, the SX-432 is an ideal fit for most high bandwidth Cyber / EW / SIGINT / Comms applications for use on Air, Land, and Sea platforms.

SX-430 Wideband SDR Transceiver

The SX-430 is a high performance dual-channel software defined radio (SDR) transceiver aligned with the U.S. Army C5ISR/EW Modular Open Suite of Standards (CMOSS) and The Open Group Sensor Open Systems Architecture™, SOSA™, Technical Standard that operates up to 18 GHz frequency. This 3U OpenVPX™ plug-in card has 160 MHz instantaneous analog bandwidth with narrower bandwidths achievable via digital processing. This SDR comes with onboard FPGA resources for high performance real-time processing in two physically separated enclaves, facilitating security certification. Centered around a leading-edge high-performance Multiprocessor System-on-Chip (MPSoC) from Xilinx’s Zynq® UltraScale+™ family of devices, the SX-430 combines heterogenous processing and scalability with real-time control. With these characteristics and a Data Plane that supports data rates up to 40 Gbps, the SX-430 is an ideal fit for most Cyber / EW / SIGINT / Comms applications for use on Air, Land, and Sea platforms.

The SX-310 is a U.S. Army CMOSS ruggedized, conduction cooled 3U OpenVPX DSP (Digital Signal Processing) card aligned with the SOSA Technical Standard, which incorporates Xilinx UltraScale+ FPGA technology. This card is designed to operate in a CMOSS standard payload slot and can simultaneously serve as the system controller SBC and a DSP engine. Performance-driven FPGA resources with high bandwidth interconnection enable highly complex computations for Cyber / SIGINT / EW / Comms applications, and host Government, 3rd party algorithms, and cyber payloads.

SX-330 Single Board Computer

The SX-330 SBC (Single Board Computer) is a ruggedized 3U OpenVPX card with full VICTORY/MORA interfaces, 12 Core Xeon Processor D with up to 32 GByte DDR4, 40 and 10 Gigabit Ethernet Data Planes, 10 Gigabit Ethernet Control Plane, PCI Express Gen 3 x8 XMC Slot, and PCI Express Gen 3 x8 Expansion Plane. It can operate in any compute intensive payload slot aligned with the CMOSS or SOSA Technical Standards, which removes the need for dedicated CPU slots in the chassis. It incorporates 1 TB of an onboard storage, and additional build options including 6 TB of XMC module storage and storage encryption.

SX-150 High Speed Ethernet Switch

The SX-150 is a ruggedized dual-enclave 3U VPX L2/L3 Ethernet switch developed in alignment with the SOSA Technical Standard. It integrates two sets of independent layer 2 (Ethernet) and layer 3 switches, along with control processors to support physically separated Control and Data Planes for highly secured 3U VPX systems. The Ethernet packet processors, managed by dual core ARM processors, offer switching capabilities with 1G, 10G, or 40G Ethernet configurations. The SX-150 is available in the VITA 48.2 conduction cooled configuration and ready for rugged applications.

SX-153 Dual-Enclave 100/40 Gigabit Ethernet Switch

The SX-153 100/40 GbE switch represents the next generation of high speed, low-Size, Weight, and Power (SWaP), switches aligned with the SOSA Technical Standard. This 3U VPX plug-in card (PIC) supports both Data Plane and Control Plane switching capabilities to facilitate dual real-time high-speed duplex switching in two physically separated enclaves, accelerating security certification. This switch operates on standards-based L2/L3 and some L4 network protocols as well as web-based network management suites. With a Data Plane that supports data rates up to 100 Gbps, the SX-153 is an ideal fit for next generation Cyber / EW / SIGINT / Comms applications for use on Air, Land, and Sea platforms.

SX-610 CMOSS TSM Mobile Ad-hoc Network

The SX-610 is a ruggedized U.S. Army CMOSS 3U OpenVPX plug-in card aligned with The Open Group’s SOSA Technical Standard and capable of supporting the TrellisWare™ (TSM™) 6.1.6 waveform for use in a scalable mobile ad-hoc network (MANET). This SDR brings MANET and communications functionality to the CMOSS / SOSA ecosystem. Devices equipped with the SX-610 card can operate in one network with voice, data, and PLI (Position Location Information) communication. This card can readily interoperate in any CMOSS or SOSA aligned standard payload slot to expedite system integration, making it an ideal fit for next generation Cyber / Comms applications.

SX-123 Timing Distribution

The SX-123 is a 3U OpenVPX plug-in card for timing reference distribution aligned with the U.S. Army CMOSS and The Open Group’s SOSA Technical Standard. This card accepts 100 MHz and 1 PPS Reference timing inputs and distributes them in a phase coherent manner to eleven 100 MHz outputs and eleven 1 PPS outputs. The SX-123 also provides connections to optional external IMU (inertial measurement unit) and DAGR (Defense Advanced GPS Receiver) sources. This timing reference distribution supports coherent operation for a higher number of in-chassis cards, making it ideal for Cyber / EW / SIGINT / Comms applications for use on Air, Land, and Sea platforms.

SX-124 Positioning, Navigation, Timing

The SX-124 is a U.S. Army CMOSS 3U OpenVPX plug-in card designed in alignment with SOSA Technical Standard to provide position, navigation, and timing (PNT) information. The SX-124 can accept external resources or use its onboard GNSS receivers as reference inputs for timing and position data. The position data can be fused with internal and external Inertial Measurement Units (IMU) or other sensors in a GPS-denied environment. It distributes eleven 100 MHz outputs and eleven 1PPS outputs in a phase coherent manner. SX-124 provides timing and position holdover from an internal Rubidium Miniature Atomic Clock (Rb MAC) and IMU. There is also an inbuilt time of the day clock to provide accurate network time stamps on system startup without GPS availability. The SX-124 also provides enhanced location information and can be connected to an external CRPA antenna. The SX-124 supports the standard VICTORY shared PNT services from an inbuilt GNSS timing receiver with an optional inbuilt M-Code GB-GRAM receiver, Rb MAC and a barometer provided altitude information. With an ability for a future expansion to support over-the-air rekeying (OTAR), external Fiber Optic Gyroscope (FOG), alternative navigation (ALTNAV), and additional GNSS systems such as Galileo, the SX-124 becomes a unique offering in the market to support the need of the defense community for a high-performance assured PNT (A-PNT) solution in the 3U VPX form factor and aligned to the latest open set of standards.
