SIGINT

Signals intelligence demands exquisite RF performance coupled with powerful processing resources.  Our marquis product, the SX-430 series software defined radio, can monitor over 14 octaves of frequency with up to 2 GHz of instantaneous bandwidth with up to 4 RF channels per module.  Our 100 GbE backplane can stream that relevant data to a variety of our SX-300 series processing cards hosting DSP, CPU and GPU resources. Whether your application is proprietary or built on the Redhawk, X-Midas, GNU Radio, or Photon frameworks, you’ll be rapidly demonstrating a solution.

We offer a range of fully CMOSS/SOSA tactical communication tailored SDR modules. In late 2020, the SX-610 ComScan TSM node will be available.  Based on the Trellisware TW-650TM TSM Core, the full TSM capability set, including bridging when multiple modules are used, is ready to support your RF mission. While the SX-430 series supports signals down to 1 MHz, we are developing both HF and VLF/LF tailored modules as well to address the unique dynamic range and sensitivity demands in those regimes.

Our team brings the breadth of Pacific Defense capability to the ultimate high ground, Space. Building on our deep experience in software defined CMOSS/SOSA RF systems, EW and SIGINT applications, node based Battle Management, Command, Control and Communications (BMC3), we are developing leading edge multi-function capability for orbital operations. These efforts include use of advanced AI/ML to enable spacecraft to autonomously cooperate with other vehicles in an orbital mesh network improving constellation capability and resiliency.

CMOSS and SOSA

The C4ISR/EW Modular Open Suite of Standards (CMOSS) and the Sensor Open System Architecture™ (SOSA) have emerged as widely supported potential requirements for new U.S. Army and U.S. Air Forces programs of record. We offer a complete set of modules as well as integrated systems comprising a chassis for the CMOSS/SOSA modules along with RF filter/switch trays, power amplifiers and antennas.  Along with a complete MORA environment with low level software and embedded development kits as well as higher level convenience APIs for rapid hosting of third party software. We provide VICTORY middleware as well to support platform level network connectivity.

Edge Based Intelligence

We provide tactical RF processing for operations in austere environments with limited or no connectivity. Our solutions are focused on reducing the cognitive burden of collection, integration and analysis at the tactical edge. Context from the real-time situational awareness is used for a variety of indicators and warnings.

 

 
Front End Development

Front End Development

Building on our CMOSS electronics core, we provide complete capabilities such as Force Protection, Electronic Support, and Tactical/Strategic Communications by augmenting the core with antennas and amplifiers from our OEM partners. With our Gateway modules, our front ends are seamlessly integrated with the CMOSS control layer. Specific configurations are developed in concert with our customers based on the requirements of their missions.

We utilize a principled methodology for User Experience Design that combines scientific rigor with visual aesthetics focused on meetings the user's information needs to perform tasks. Our user centered solutions enable intuitive interactions that reduce training burden. Our design process involves formal cognitive analysis principles along with agile and “design thinking” methods for developing and refining product designs with user feedback early and often.
